Boston Market Restaurants
Boston Market Food & Restaurant first opened its doors in 1985 in Newton, Massachusetts under the name Boston Chicken. Over the last twenty-five years, the company has undergone tremendous changes. Company goes public in 1993, changes its name to Boston Market in 1995, and files for chapter 11 bankruptcy in 1998. That was not the end of the franchise.
By 2006 Boston Market offered ready-to-heat menu items available in 1,300 supermarkets. In 2010 more than 490 restaurants opened for business from coast to coast. Here are a few job openings for Assistant Manager around the country.
